Shakopee homes range from older houses near downtown to newer neighborhoods with basements waiting to be finished. A member of the Morning Star team works in Shakopee, so you meet us at your home for the walk-through and estimate. We also work in Prior Lake, Savage, Chaska and Jordan.
Services: kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing and decks.
We walk through the space, measure, and give you a written estimate.
Once you accept the estimate, we sign a contract and set your start date.
We pull the permits, then our crew handles the trades: demolition, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and finishes.
We clean up every day and haul away the debris when the job is done.
Lastly, we walk through the finished space with you for approval before we collect the final payment.
Because your remodel should be one project with one licensed contractor.
As a general contractor, we understand that most projects involve tasks from various disciplines, and we do them all. You won't have to hire a separate contractor for anything.
Our general contractor will work closely with you to bring your dreams to life. He will spend as much time as needed to help you choose the materials and finishes.
We are a licensed contractor (MN BC751359) and insured, and so are all of our subcontractors. We do everything by the book. You'll never worry about permits or regulations.
You will barely notice that our crew is working on your property. We respect you, your home, and your hours. Not everyone can say that.
We love our new kitchen, thanks! Morning Star Remodeling LLC did a great job! Ancelmo and his crew was great to work with, very responsive, professional throughout the process, and honest people.
Excellent work- we love our new kitchen. Contractor was so responsive, flexible and attentive. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
We recently got our kitchen renovated using Morning star. The communication and craftsmanship were unparalleled and they exceeded our expectations about how a contractor could do business. We would never hesitate to utilize them for a future project!
